The classic ride at the Écuries lasts an hour, winding through the forests of the Bergerac countryside. Along narrow trails where you travel in single file, at a gentle walk and trot. Longer rides are possible on request, depending on the group and the season.

Our horses are chosen for their calm temperament and their experience out on the trails. They know the sounds of the forest, the tight passages and the unexpected encounters. Suited to every age and every level, from the complete beginner to the experienced rider. The trails are narrow by nature: you ride in single file, with no room to stray. A little extra safety, simply built into the route.

A ride is quick to arrange. Give us a call to book, or to tailor the format to your group.
Riders come from all across the Bergerac area: Prigonrieux, Creysse and La Force close by, but also Mussidan, Villamblard, Vergt, Le Fleix and Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. Allow around ten minutes from the north of Bergerac. When you arrive, carry on past the manor house for about fifty metres: the car park and the starting point for the rides are just behind it.
